First Home built

When Jeff and Nola were married on 3/20/59, they first lived with Jeff’s Mom and Dad, Ural and Dallas until they purchased a small trailer from Jeff’s brother and wife, Jack and June.

In 1962, their first home construction was complete in Rogers near 11th and Oak St., pictured to the left. Photo taken in 2025.

forever home built

In 1975, construction was completed for Jeff and Nola’s “Forever Home” they enjoyed together for 50 years and where Jeff continues to live. Mom and Dad, Ural and Dallas sold Jeff and Nola one acre for them to be able to build their home on the land. They later acquired 40 acres for a total of 41 acres. The aerial photo above was taken after completion.

Jeff successfully grafted his own pecan trees.
